The right charging system – prerequisite for an efficient production

Suitably adapted charging equipment is required to satisfy individual circumstances. The types of products to be made, the applied printing process and the available infrastructure are decisive criteria for the degree of automation. Blumer has identified the different needs and developed adequate systems. Whether strip or stack charging machinery is concerned, Blumer always offers a well-matched and efficient solution which suits requirements.

Particularly flexible, suitable for both in-line and off-line operation. Basic material strip stacks. For printed products from rolls or sheet. Uninterrupted production. Up to 100 RAM program.

Can be integrated in Atlas OLS-110 .Buffer zone with intermediate space between strips. Storage of the cutting programs on storage module cards.

Works from rectangular and square precut stacks, contrary to LS/LSS/SE.

For direct mounting to face cutting systems. Continuous recharging process for complete layers. Adjustable feed speed in the X- and Y-axes.

The basic prerequisite for precise onward processing of the precut stack packages, with the following features:

Adjustable hydraulic pressing of the strips during the cutting process. Slender knife geometry.

Front pusher can be swiveled-in. Hydraulically damped turntable with integrated front pusher. Stack retention bar. Pronounced swing.

Easy changing of the rapid change die frame. The die frame is prepared outside the machine. Stack guidance on four sides. Scraps from die-cutting are removed. Effective monitoring of the die-cutting compartment. Steplessly adjustable die-cutting speed and zero-punching.

Particularly careful handling of the die-cut products and preparation for further logistic requirements.

Separation of the die-cut stacks. Separation by type. Inserting or pulling-out of the cardboard. Use of different band materials. Integrated vertical (standard) and/or horizontal (optional) banding system. Two-roll banding systems.
