Counterpressure principle

Counterpressure

Bild

The compressed stack held in position under constant pressure is pushed through the die-cutting tool. In standard die-cutting, the cushion formation before the actual cutting process leads to fluctuations in the size from the top to the bottom label. Our counterpressure process avoids this, improves the quality of the cut and reduces the dimensional deviation mostly to less than 1/10 mm. This enhanced quality is a must for the ever faster operating labeling machines.

The rapid change die frame can be set up outside the machine. The counterpressure plate is perfectly adapted to the contour of the die. Zero-die-cutting. Counterpressure compression takes place before the die-cutting process. The adjustable die-cutting speed enables an optimization from order to order.

Banding with PB

Acceptance of die-cut individual stacks from the counterpressure die-cutting machine. Separation by type with the individual stack process. Banding of individual stacks and maxipack. Vertical or horizontal band direction. Use of different band materials. Optional cardboard feeding or removal for the individual stacks or Maxipacks. Mixed banding is possible.
