Spare parts represent more than just inventoried items. At the customer’s facility, maintenance technicians troubleshoot the problems they encounter. At Blumer we make that job easier. Our experienced technicians know the equipment and the applications. We help identify the problem and then supply the spare parts to complete the job. In cases when on site service is the only alternative, Blumer USA is only minutes from Hartford’s international airport. Our technicians travel throughout the US and Canada to solve customer problems. Another alternative (when feasible) is to ship the equipment back to our facility. Our goal is to recognize the situation and meet the customer’s needs.

Whether the customer has purchased a Blumer machine 15 years ago or a Band-All just this year, spare parts are never a problem. All stock items can be shipped via UPS for overnight delivery. We recognize that after a customer has purchased a piece of machinery that it will be an important part of the production process. Customers will be able to get the spare parts they need, when they need them.
